We have a no quibble returns policy and so if you are at all unhappy with any of your items, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 14 days. A returns form is included in your parcel. This slip is your proof of purchase. Please complete the returns form and enclose it with the goods.
How to return
Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores for a fixed price of £3.50.*
Most open early or late, 7 days a week and to find your nearest Collect+ store visit the Collect+ website www.collectplus.co.uk/craghoppers.
Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.
Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/craghoppers and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
*Collect+ service is available to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight only.

Please Note: When sending a return, the parcel and postage costs are your responsibility. Therefore we recommend that you request a proof of posting certificate available from your local Post Office free of charge so in the event of loss you can claim from Royal Mail.
Returning Faulty Items
If you experience a fault with one of your items, please contact the Customer Services Team either by telephone or via e mail prior to returning the item or we will not be able to process the return for you.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items; we only refund returns and so if you required another item you would have to replace the order.
