Pricing, packaging and postage
All product prices and options are clearly displayed in the online shop. Details about payment and postage can be found on the relevant page. Taxes and import duties payable overseas are your responsibility
You can pay securely online by using Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque, made payable to Crabtee Lane. Please send cheques to Unit 4a Canalside Craft Centre, 138 Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Worcestershire B60 4JZ
I have some stock ready-made but make most items to order. I endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days. If there will be a delay I will contact you with a delivery date.
Cancellation Rights and Returns
If you are not happy with your Crabtree Lane product for any reason, you can return it to me within 7 working days following the day you receive it, in it's original condition, and I will refund you the full cost (excluding postage and packaging) within 30 days.
Postage payable for returning the order is your responsibility.
All Crabtree Lane products are made by hand. While they are made to a high standard they are not toys and may not be suitable for children.
Items with small buttons, such as the decorative hearts, can represent a choking hazard and should be kept put of the reach of small children. All bunting should be hung out of the reach of children.
