  8. UK Next day Delivery Before 1pm (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS)
    £6.50- This service is available Monday-Thursday only except bank holidays (UK ONLY).
    Monday-Thursday orders need to be placed before 3pm to be received the next day.
    Please be advised that orders placed AFTER 3pm on Thursday but BEFORE 3pm on Friday will be delivered on a Monday before 1pm.Orders placed AFTER 3pm on a Friday will be delivered BEFORE 1 pm on a Tuesday.

    £9.99- Delivery time is Saturday before 1pm. Orders need to be placed before 3pm on a Friday to be received the next day.

    For UK and worldwide shipping costs have been clearly listed. Shipping and handling fee covers mailing, packing, and warehouse distribution costs, not postage only. No local pickup service. No third party shipping carrier will be used.

  13. Failure Delivery
    In case of failed delivery Courier Company will leave a note for you for you to contact them directly and rearrange. If your parcel is undelivered and you do not try to collect it or make arrangements for delivery then the parcel will be returned back to us. If you want the parcel to be resent then the original postage amount will be charged.
  14. Can I change my delivery Address or size?
    Changes to delivery address or change the size MUST be notified via eBay massage service, messages added to orders are not checked due to invoice printing method. We cannot be responsible for messages are left this way on invoices via eBay massage services otherwise it will incur an admin charge for redirection once the item has been despatched.
