Shipping Policies
Unlike other online sellers who mix and match the product cost with the postage cost, we have made a conscious effort at countlessfun.com to openly pass on the postage costs.
All shipments are made through Australia Post unless otherwise requested, and we will gladly combine shipments for multiple purchases to help reduce the cost of postage. With this in mind, our shipping policies are as follows:
Within Australia
Where possible, the majority of our shipments are made using 500g and 3kg satchels. Larger shipments exceeding 3kgs are wrapped and posted separately. All shipments are bubble wrapped and packaged accordingly.
Internationally
There are 3 options available for international shipments through Australia Post and our pricing is based on option [1]. The options are as follows:
[1] Air Mail: Delivery within 3 to 10 business days.
[2] Economy Air: Delivery within 2 to 4 weeks.
[3] Sea Mail: Delivery within 2 to 3 months.
Apart from the postage, all international shipments attract a A$1.75 to cover the cost of padded stationary. (This is already included in the cost of postage as listed on the item.)
