We do try and post items 6 days a week, All orders received before mid-day are sent same day most of the time, As you can see by our feedback most of our customers receive there items next working day

POSTAGE All items are sent with proof of postage receipt
All Small Packets - Are sent Royal Mail as ebay postage description. Orders received before mid day with full payment will be sent same day unless weekend. 1st class post normally arrives with our customers next working day
All large orders - Sewing machines and overlockers orders are delivered overnight to UK postcodes only, unless arranged. Orders received after 12 Noon Friday will be sent out the following Monday. We use a reliable next day delivery services
Lost / Delayed Items 1st class post - please allow upto 14 working days for your item to be delivered. Before we can resend or refund for lost items. many thanks
Returns /Refunds
In the event that the buyer suspects the item to be faulty, a return may be arranged a refund/replacement will be offered subject to our inspection & test by our qualified engineer. The buyer must contact us first before returning the item. We are always happy to advise you if you are having any problems.
We do not refund on postage.
