I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty all you need to do is contact us within 28 days of the item being despatched to you and will provide you will of the relevant returns information


How do I return an item?

We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an unopened item to us for Return within 14 days of it being despatched to you.

In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or fauly you have 28 days from date of despatch to report this to us for Return.

To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorisation number.

You will need to package the item securely and include a brief cover note stating:

  • Your User ID
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement
  • Your unique Returns Authorisation number

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.
