EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

If you need to return your item you please contact us via email within 14 days of purchase. All postage costs are payable by you and are non-refundable.

All items MUST be returned to us in the same condition as received ie original packaging, unmarked and unworn. We do recommend that when trying your item on for the first time do so over clothing to avoid any marking to the item.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the very unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us ASAP. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item for either a refund or exchange.

Any postage costs incurred when returning the faulty item to us will be refunded.
