Delivery and Returns

Conrad Electronic delivers direct to your door using the UK Courier HDNL for Standard Delivery and UPS for Express Delivery. All Parcels are sent from our central warehouse based in Germany.

Delivery Times: Express Delivery - 72 Hours; Standard Delivery - 6-12 BUSINESS days from the time it is received by us. You will receive a Despatch Confirmation Email informing you that the parcel has been sent. The email will also contain your tracking number.

Therefore we offer a no quibble 14 day, from the date of purchase, money back guarantee, when you return your product within this period. Items sent back outside this period can only be accepted for a repair or exchange subject to our returns policy. When returning any item you must inform our Customer Service department by email and complete the returns form included in your parcel. Incomplete forms will result in delays to processing your return.

If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us as soon as possible, with the original invoice, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).

Please complete the returns form (delivered together with your product(s) or contact our Customer Service Team for a Returns Form. Please complete the form in full including the reason for return and which outcome you require i.e. refund, substitute item, a repair or credit note. Please include the complete form with your package and send it to the address below.

You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.

PLEASE NOTE that it can take up to 3-4 weeks after sending back your return to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This 3-4 weeks period includes the transit time for us to receive your return at our European warehouse (± 10-15 working days), the time to inspect and process your return once we received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
