Postage & Payment
We strive to dispatch goods within four working days. Our office is open 9.00am to 4 pm monday to thursday (our working days) Standard shipping is Royal Mail First class post - we will obtain a certificate of posting. If you require insurance (Royal mail now only cover first class up to £20) choose the 'Special Delivery' postage option. We ship monday to thursday only. We do not offer time guaranteed overseas shipping. Please Note we are open from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday (UK time) We prefer PayPal. Please make your payment within 5 days. Terms and Conditions

Tedious as sometimes seems, all sales need some terms and conditions, so these are ours. We at Connect Audio Ltd wants you to be satisfied. Please read and accept these terms and conditions prior to making your purchase. You may want to print them out. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are a UK registered business. We operate within the requirements of relevant UK laws which include the Sale of Goods Act and the Distance Selling Regulations.

We accept Paypal, cheques (allow 7 - 10 days for clearance), and postal orders. Payments accepted in £ sterling ONLY. We can also accept bank transfers, please contact us for details.

Please ensure we receive your payment within 7 working days.

Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery charges.

We strive to dispatch goods within four orking days, but we cannot guarantee delivery times of standard services. Please choose 'Special Delivery' shipping option for guaranteed UK next working day delivery. We do not offer time guaranteed overseas shipping.

Please Note we are open from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday (UK time) outside these times there will be a delay in answering emails and messages, we will reply when our office is open.

Our shippers call at 4.00pm monday to thursday (our working days) - we shall endeavour to ship orders within 4 working days.

All items are sent as standard by Royal Mail First Class Post and we obtain a 'Proof of Postage' when we dispatch. This is NOT a service with a guaranteed delivery time. If you require additional insurance (over the standard £20 amount covered by First Class Post) please contact us and we can advise the other delivery options available to you.

We will keep you informed of any dispatch delays via e-mail.

Some items are 'special order' from our manufacturers and will be delivered directly to you. We will advise if this is the case with your item.

Remember that First Class post is not a 'next day' delivery service.

In the event that your item has not been delivered please do contact and advise us.

For items sent Royal Mail First or Second Class, (standard or recorded) or Standard Parcels we will process and claim for non-delivery once 15 working days from the date of shipping have elapsed. We are not able to process claims for these standard shipping services until this time has elapsed. See the Royal Mail website for details of their services

Our aim is for for you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full no-quibble refund (less shipping charges). After 14 working days have lapsed we may charge a restocking fee of 25%. We will always inform you if this is to be the case. You are responsible for the return of Goods.

All NEW (items listed as NEW in the item description)goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty. At our discretion we will offer to replace, repair or refund faulty NEW goods. All Used (items listed as USED in the item description)carry NO warranty unless the item description specifies otherwise, but may be returned within 14 days under our returns policy (You pay return carriage and carriage is not included in any refund). Our descriptions and technical information are provided in good faith and are from manufacturers published information where available. We cannot be held responsible for errors that may be contained in them. Please check with manufactures websites for latest data sheets and detailed technical information on products (especially if we have not provided any technical information) and satisfy yourself that they meet your requirements before you order.

Sale of Goods Act, Distance Selling and Electronic Commerce Regulations
We fully comply with The Sales of Good Act and the regulations set out in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), and The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No.2013).

Payment
We accept Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders. We can also accept Bank transfers, contact us for details. Payments must be received within 7 working days.

Delivery

We will always attempt to dispatch your goods within 4 working days. However, occasionally this may not be possible. You will be kept informed of your order's progress via email.

Your right to cancel.
Connect Audio is a responsible on-line trader and We conform to the distance selling regulations and We want You to be 100% happy with your purchase. If You are in any way unhappy with your purchases You may change your mind within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, and return an item for refund providing it remains in new, unused and in re-saleable condition. (Goods are not supplied on trial). The return postage costs are at the buyer's expense and We recommend the use of a traceable return method, such as Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ or similar. We will refund the item value only (there is no refund available for delivery costs or retur shipping). No refunds will be made until the item has been received by us in satisfactory condition. You MUST inform us within 14 days of receipt of your Goods that you wish to cancel the purchase, and obtain a Return Authorisation Note. The Goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to us of your intent to cancel the purchase and our issue of a RAN. It is your responsibility to ensure the Goods arrive with us safely. Providing You inform us promptly, and agree to cancel the sale through the ebay system so that we may reclaim our fees, We will leave positive feedback if you cancel your sale and goods are returned as above.

Returns
Notwithstanding the previous clause, no order for Goods can be cancelled once the Goods have been delivered without prior written agreement from us and our issue of a Return Authorisation Note. If we accept the cancellation We will inform You in writing. A restocking charge of 25% may apply, which you will be informed of. If you wish to proceed, Goods must be returned to us in an "as new", undamaged, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging and accompanied by the RAN. You are responsible for all return postage costs and for the safe return of the Goods. We cannot be held responsible for any lost Goods, therefore We recommend the use of a traceable postal service, such as Royal Mail ‘Signed For’

Warranty
All NEW (listed as NEW in item listing details) Goods are covered by a 12 month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. At our sole discretion, We will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will refund You the price paid in respect of the Goods. Damage caused through misuse, neglect, tampering, or by using the Goods for something other than their intended purpose, is not covered by warranty. All USED (listed as used in Item details)goods carry NO Warranty implied or expressed unless the Item description specifies otherwise. USED Items may be returned within 7 days under our returns policy for a full refund (postage costs not included). After 7 days return of USED items may be accepted at Our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for errors that may be contained in them.
