With many thousands of customers in nearly 50 countries worldwide the team at Conceptua Tuning take great care to ensure all items are professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
In the event an item is damaged in transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours for instructions. What action will depend on the shipping mode (courier, post etc) and what insurances where in place. If any item is incorrect for the application it will be replaced immediately. Email us for instructions. We are also happy to refund (excluding postage) if an item is unwanted when notified within 48 hours days of receipt of the item, however the item must be returned in original condition. In all cases returned items must be dispatched within 3 days of informing us that a refund is required.
