Q: When will my order be posted.
A: I post orders quickly and try to get packages sent within 24 hour of payment. I mainly use Royal Mail for most deliveries, however, for bulky and weighty items, I will post with Hermes to keep the cost down. You will be able to see which delivery service is being used on each individual auction listing.

Q: What if my order has not arrived.
A: Please allow for 7 working days before contacting me regarding your order not received.

Q: What are the dvd region codes.
A: Most discs are Region 2 or 0 (All Regions)and will play on UK standard players. I also sell Region 1/NTSC American Import dvds, you will require a multi-region player to play the disc.

Q: Do you post overseas.
A: We do post to Europe, please see items listed for shipping costs.

Q: Can I cancel my order.
A: Yes, I comply with the distance selling regulations, and you can cancel your order. Should your purchase have already been posted, you are responsible for returning them in the same condition they we sent. This includes postage costs for returning the package back to me.

Please Note: I cannot accept new items that have been removed from the sealed wrapping, If the item is faulty I will send a replacement if possible. Always get a proof of posting and retain it until you have received confirmation I have received the package. I will then refund your full purchase. (If the contents of the package is damaged I will notify you, and you will be responsible for claiming back the value of the package from your courier.
