I accept returns within (7) days of receit......(14) days for International Buyer's. If i have Mis-described an item,i will refund item price inc original and return postage, providing Item is returned in same condition as sent, in original packaging, and by trackable means. Any other reason than above - Buyer pays return postage.If you need to return an item,please email for return instructions,prior to returning.If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me and I will replace it or give you a full refund. I would appreciate either the return of the item or a photo of the damage, to support any claim I may make against the carrier.

I try to describe items as accurately as I can, but if a buyer is not satisfied, I will do all I can to resolve the problem. As soon as I know the buyer is satisfied, I always leave feedback. If a buyer is not satisfied, for whatever reason, I ask that they contact me before leaving feedback, as there will nearly always be a solution to the problem, and I would much rather have satisfied customers. We are very sorry but we are mail order only. If we allowed collections the we would have to comply with access and insurance rules regarding public access. This would mean our costs would have to increase to reflect this. We are sure you would rather have a good price than be paying for our insurance premiums
