What Is The Condition Of The Item?
All of our products are individually assessed before being made available for sale. Our professional Grading Team analyse each product following a stringent process ensure that you receive accurate product descriptions and are able to make informed decisions before bidding.
Our products are graded in two different ways, by Condition and by Physical State. The "Condition" relates to the actual life of the productand the "Physical State" relates to the physical condition of the product.
Condition
Each product will fall into one condition category or another.

Brand New
This item is brand new. You will be the first person to own this item. It has never been used.
Physical State will be: Sealed | Opened

Refurbished
Manufacturer's will sell products deemed refurbished that fall into the following categories:
- Packaging damaged (box damaged or ripped during delivery)
- Cosmetic damage (slightly marked or damaged during transit)
- A defect during production (a part or component that is required to be changed by manufacturer post production i.e. product recalls)
- The product was faulty out of the box or within the first 14 days (Early Life Failure).
Traditionally products that are refurbished due to a fault are repaired by the manufacturer or authorised agent to meet or exceed the original specifications and functionality.
When an electronic product is shipped back to a manufacturer or authorised agent for whatever reason the item can no longer be sold as "Brand New", but can be sold as "Refurbished".
Physical State will be: As New | Very Good

Second Hand
Some of Australia’s leading Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers have programs that allow you to trade your old product in when you purchase a new one from them. These older products are then given to C & C Warehouse for remarketing.
These products have had a previous owner before arriving to us. Each product however is still put through our grading process to ascertain its physical state. Please check the item description carefully to see the physical state of the product and what accessories are included.
Physical State will be: As New | Very Good | Good | Fair | Poor | Untested | Faulty

Ex - Lease
These products have been out on lease for periods that range from 1 to 3 years. Typically removed from working environments, these products will show signs of wear and tear.

Physical State will be: As New | Very Good | Good | Fair | Poor | Untested | Faulty

Sealed
This item is brand new and comes sealed, unopened. It has never been used. This is the type of product that you would see sitting on the shelf in your favourite retail store.

Opened
This item is brand new however the box has been opened. The item may have possibly been used as a floor sample or something similar. Though very unlikely, this product may exhibit some minor scuffs or some other form of shop wear. The outer box may be shop soiled or damaged however the product itself is in new, working condition.

As New
The item is not new, but has been graded by C & C Warehouse to be in a condition that resembles a new item.
Generally no marks or scratches appear on the item however some signs of minimal use may exist. In some instances the accessories and documentation with the item may appear to have been opened..

Shows general wear associated with normal use but has obviously been well cared for. This product does not have the typical "new look" however it is in better than average condition.
There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible and may include:

Untested
This item is usually assumed as good for spare parts only, that said, we make no warranty on its suitability for anything.
The reason these items have not been tested can be for a number of reasons. In most instances it is because we do not have the tools or resources to do so. It is likely these items may show signs of substantial wear, heavy use or abuse and neglect.
Please be aware that when you bid on untested items we can not offer warranty or confirm that these items are definitely in working order.

Faulty
In some instances items are classified as being faulty. We do not always have the expertise to diagnose the fault(s) of these items so they are simply listed as "Faulty" and with no warranties offered or implied.
