C&C Warehouse Warranties and Returns
C&C Warehouse is committed to offering our customers the highest level of service and support.
We offer a number of different Warranties and specify with each listing the relevant warranty information associated with each item for sale. All warranties are different and some items do not have a warranty at all.
We also have a number of Return Policies in place which we strictly adhere to in order to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times with items won by customers. These polices have been developed to ensure that the fairest and most realistic solutions can be offered to our customers when and if issues arise with delivery or the condition of items when they reach customers.
It is important that you familiarise yourself with our warranties and return polices before placing bids so that if you need to draw upon either of these at any stage you can follow the necessary steps required to ensure that your request can be completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Manufacturer
This item is covered by a full original manufacturer warranty. If something does go wrong with your item after it has been delivered, simply contact the manufacturer, show them your C & C Warehouse invoice and they will take care of it for you.
All our products are sourced and shipped from reputable Australian companies so you will be well looked after should you need to call upon your warranty.

This item is covered by a 30 day return to base warranty. The warranty only covers the working functionality of the item and not cosmetics. If we do not have another suitable item in stock or unable to have the item repaired within a suitable timeframe we will provide a refund on your purchase amount only. You are responsible for returning the product to us at your cost.

Condition Related Returns
We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please contact us immediately and we'll do our very best to rectify the situation.
We will take your through our return process which includes providing you with a Return Authorisation and coordinating the return of the item to us before paying a refund of the winning amount into your PayPal account. Items sent back must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit.

Return Procedures
All returns require a Return Authorisation number (RA #). Please contact us via email customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au or visit http://support.cncwarehouse.com.au/ to receive your RA # before returning an item.
Upon receipt of your RA #, please clearly write this RA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item that you return to us just to be safe.
As for the return process:
- All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
- Refund will be calculated as follows: [Original sale price – any applicable restocking fee]
- Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the item
