Q: Is this mobile phone network locked? Can I use my sim in it? Will it support 3G/ GSM/ NextG?

Please read carefully all the information presented in the auction. If a phone is locked to a network it will be clearly stated.

The network and sim card compatibility should also be stated however if it is not we recommend checking the phone network specifications on the manufacturer’s website. If you are unsure, we recommend you choose a phone that has your current provider's settings and network.

Q: What condition is this item in? What does As New / Good / Poor mean?

Q:What warranty does this item come with?

Q: How does manufacturer's warranty work?

Products sold with manufacturer warranty can be repaired free of charge during the stated warranty period by an authorised repair agent. To obtain repair on an item that has failed in the warranty period, contact the relevant manufacturer directly and provide your C&C Warehouse invoice as proof of purchase

Some manufacturers will not accept your eBay invoice as a valid invoice so always ensure that you use the C &: C Warehouse invoice that came with your purchase. Manufacturer contact details can be found via their relevant website. A detailed list can be found on our warranties page.

Q: I don't like email; I want to call you directly. What is your phone number?

We do not offer over-the-phone support. We understand that some customers are not comfortable with email however due to the large quantity of customers we have we simply cannot afford to offer phone support as the main form of communication with customers. If situations arise where a phone conversation is the only way to address a situation we will request your phone number and call you.

Q: Why haven't I received any replies to my eBay messages?

This situation can and does occur. We use email, not eBay messages to communicate with our customers. While eBay does forward messages to our email, sometimes not all messages are received. We recommend you either email us directly at customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au or log a support query ticket at http://support.cncwarehouse.com.au.

If you do you use eBay messages, you must ensure your eBay account has the right email address on it as we send all replies to that address. Make sure your SPAM filter is set to receive emails from customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au and that your inbox has the capacity to receive responses and not filled to the limit.

Q: How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Your purchase will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of us receiving your cleared payment. Depending on where you live and the weight of your purchase you should receive it with 48 – 72 hours of dispatch. With larger items or if you live in a remote location delivery can take longer - up to 10 days.

All orders that have been dispatched have a tracking number. This tracking number will be emailed to you and can be used in our transport company’s website or via their customer support phone numbers.

Q: Is Pick up Available?

We are an online business and do not have the systems available to offer the option for items to be picked up at the current time.

Q: If I win or buy multiple items from C&C Warehouse am I able to combine shipping?

Sorry but we are unable to offer combined shipping at this time as each auction is treated as a separate transaction that attracts its own fees. We would rather be up front so as not to offend you. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. If you feel that this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid.

Q: I might not be available between 8:30am & 5:30pm. Do you deliver afterhours?

We use couriers and not postal services to deliver your purchase. Due to this a signature is required for the delivery of all goods. If you are not at the nominated address at the time the courier calls by a note will be left to advise they have been and where you will be able to collect your item from.

Q: Where should I have my item sent to?

Your item will automatically be delivered to the address that you have nominated in your PayPal account. Please make sure this is the most appropriate delivery address for you before placing a bid or processing a transaction to pay for an item you win.

Q: Can I have my winning item sent to a different address than stated in PayPal?

Your item will automatically be sent to the address nominated in your PayPal account. If this is not the best delivery address for you we strongly advise you change this before bidding and processing payments for winning items.

Q: How long does it take to confirm my payment?

All PayPal payments are received and processed within 24 hours. In some instances, if you do not have cleared funds in your PayPal account it can take longer for the payment to reach us. You will have a complete record of any payment in your PayPal account.

Q: How do I pay? What options do I have?

We only accept payment through PayPal. If you are not currently a PayPal account holder you will need to open an account or pay via their secure Credit Card facility. This currently includes MasterCard and Visa.

Q: What are your account details? Can I do a Direct Deposit?

C&C Warehouse only accepts payments made through PayPal. If you wish to pay by direct deposit you can do this through PayPal.

Q: Do you provide a tax invoice/ receipt?

All our purchases come with a valid tax invoice that you can use for your tax and warranty, if applicable. This will be provided to you by PayPal when you win and pay for your winning item. If you do not receive your tax invoice, you can contact us via email customer.service@cncwarehouse.com.au and we will forward one to you.

Q: Can I change or cancel my bid after or during the auction?

After an auction has closed you are required to honour your agreement to purchase. If someone else has used your details to bid for an item, please report it to eBay immediately as they are able to cancel illegal activities.

While an auction is still active, bidders do have an option to retract a bid on active auctions by visiting http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow.

Q: Do you offer "Buy it Now" or can I make you an offer directly?

All items which we offer as “Buy it Now” are clearly stated in our eBay store. We do not take direct offers for items which have been listed as auctions starting at $0.99.
