Are your products genuine?

We pride ourselves on only supplying genuine goods. All products come in the original packaging as found in any high street store.

Are all products new?

All of the products we sell are new and unused, and unless specified, come with all their original retail packaging. Products are cellophane sealed at the discretion of each brand.

Do you accept cheque or postal order?

Sorry but we only accept payments made through PayPal.

When will I receive my goods?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders sent using Free Delivery normally arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch (Mon-Sat), Tracked within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) and Next Day is guaranteed within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) if placed before 3pm. With the exception of Next Day Guaranteed Delivery, all orders should be delivered within a total period of 14 business days from dispatch.

I supplied the wrong address, what do I do?

If the delivery address you supplied is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to stop and amend your order, but cannot accept responsibility for any orders dispatched to an incorrectly supplied address. Once an order is dispatched we are unable to amend the address.

Do you ship internationally?

Click Fragrance only ships to mainland UK and the surrounding Islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Islands off the North coast of Scotland). Sorry but we only ship to addresses within the UK and we are unable to make any exception.

How do I cancel my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us straight away. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a cancellation before dispatch and once an order has been dispatched, any return will need to be made at the buyer's expense.

What do I do if you have sent me the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we have sent the wrong item to you we ask you to contact us as soon as possible explaining the problem. We will require you to return the incorrect items in good condition where we will then send out the correct items. A full refund will be issued for your extra postage costs.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once we dispatch your order you will receive an automated confirmation email to the address registered to your eBay account. You can also check your order status through My eBay while logged into your eBay account.

My order hasn't been delivered yet, what should I do?

Please check to see if anyone else at your delivery address has received your order or a calling card on your behalf. If nothing is held, please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. The Royal Mail will hold items for up to 18 business days before returning them to the sender. A calling card should be left following a failed delivery, but occasionally these are not left or go missing. If you were provided with a tracking reference you can check your order status through the Royal Mail website. Please contact us if you paid for Next Day Delivery.
