All our items are despatched in robust tamper-proof packaging as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received, excluding Sunday. Usually we ship next business day after receiving payment. However during busy times we will ship 2/3 days after cleared payment is received.

Please Note:
1. For some remote Cities & Towns. EMS may need 8-12 days to delivery.
2. The postage of boots is not same as the lady shoes, coz the weight of boots is bigger than lady shoes.
3. Using Air Mail services means that dispatching cost is low, but the delivery duration usually take 20-30 working days. And does not offer a tracking service. If you don’t receive your parcel over 30 working days via Airmail, we can ask post office to do the investigation for your parcel, but will take 1-2 months to get the feedback from the post office of your country.
4. EMS/ DHL/UPS/TNT costs more but offers a track and online trace service.
