Important Information about Returns  

The Period for Returns is 14 days 

Should you be change your mind after purchase and wish to return the product it can only be returned in the condition it was sent ( eg sealed) . We cannot  refund anyone who breaks the seal on a dvd or console game then wishes to return it.

If an Item arrives damaged please contact us via ebay for the procedure for returning the item to us within 14 days. All items leaving our shop are checked manually for any damage before being despacthed

Any dvds/cds/games that come from our suppliers unsealed are also checked for any visible marks/damage/scratches

we do not refund postage costs

Most Items we despatch to UK Addresses should arrive within 3-7 Business days. International orders allow up to 21 days
