 Q: What is your exchange policy?
  A: The product must be returned in its original packaging and a reduced postage amount will be advised dependent on the product.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, there is a combined postage policy on listings. Should this not work at the checkout stage we will look at it and refund the appropriate amount.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Our service level agreement is to dispatch within 48 hours. You will be contacted should we be unable to meet this level.
 Q: Do you ship to Eire?
  A: Yes, but a quote on the additional postage fee must be obtained prior to payment.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, but a quote must be obtained prior to any purchase/payment.
 Q: Do you have a return policy?
  A: Yes, but the original posting will not be refunded and the return postage is to be met by you (the buyer). Please contact our customer service team for all return questions and aftercare service issues.
 Q: Out of stock products, what happens?
  A: If a product becomes out of stock due to a high level of activity and you have purchased within being informed you will be offered either a full refund; an alternative product, or a re-stock date for your original product.
 Q: Do you have an Customer Service department?
  A: Yes, and you questions should be replied within 24 hours of receipt.
 Q: If there is a product similar to what you sell that I want can I email you?
  A: Yes, we are continually trying to broaden our product range and welcome all levels of customer feedback including ideas on new products that may be of interest to you and other customers.
