Please see the terms of sale below that are relevant to the item you wish to purchase as the dispatch times and refund/return policies differ from item to item.
PERSONALISED ITEMS Terms of Sale
Your item will be posted out 2 to 5 working days after we have received cleared payment. Please note during the busy periods like Christmas items can take a little longer to arrive due to a heavier workload on us and on Royal Mail.
We do not offer refunds on personalised items. These include name necklaces and engraved items.
If we have made an error we will replace the item. If you have made the error we will replace the item for a fee, so please take care when spelling your name and/or engraving. Please pay particular attention to the capitalisation of names and words as if you write 'betty' you will receive the item without a capital B, it will be exactly as you have written it.
If the item is faulty a replacement will be issued upon inspection of the item.
If you require a different length or type chain to the one originally ordered, please let us know and we can exchange it for you for the price difference plus postage.
If you are returning an item please send it back to our address at the bottom of this page. Please ensure you include your full name, postal address, telephone number and eBay ID to avoid any delay.
CHAINS Terms of Sale
Your item will be posted out 1 to 3 working days after we have received cleared payment.
If you are unhappy with your item, please send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original postage costs. The item(s) must be returned in it's original condition with it's original box/packaging. Our address is at the bottom of this page. Please ensure you include your full name, postal address, telephone number and eBay ID to avoid any delay.
Returns
The greatest of care and time is taken when making and supplying your items, however in the event that you are not satisfied with your item, we will always try to help wherever possible.
The first thing we would encourage is that you CONTACT US immediately to inform us that there is a problem, that way we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
We offer a 14 DAY full refund on all of our items in store with the exception OF personalised items such as name necklaces and engraved items (unless the error is ours or the item is faulty, then the full refund will still apply to you) as these are custom cut or engraved and cannot be resold to anyone else generally, this then makes them unsalable.
We are unable to refund return postage when making refunds, however depending on the reason for return, you may not need to return the item at all, and a replacement set will be sent out. (This is decided in house and on a case by case basis)
We have an automated feedback system which will respond to your positive feedback immediately. We would ask that before you decide to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact us first and we will try to rectify the situation.
We are honest people and very approachable, we would like to know if customers are not happy with their experience in buying from us so we can improve our services and products.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment and ensures all items are sent promptly.

Please note cheque payments are subject to bank clearance before items are posted, this can take up to 5 working days.
Shipping
We do not seek to make profit from postage charges. Our postage costs include packaging, the cost of employing someone to pack your item and Royal Mail charges.
We can combine shipping on all items, so please wait for an invoice if you have purchased multiple items.
We offer a selection of postage options.
For UK Customers we offer the following ...
1st and 2nd Class Mail - This Option can take up to 2 weeks for Royal Mail to Deliver but will usually arrive within 1-2 days.
1st and 2nd Class Recorded Mail - This Option is the same as above but will need a signature at your end.
Express Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery - This option comes with insurance and is guaranteed next day delivery By Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. (please note that this does not mean that your item will be received the day after you order it as some items will need to be made or engraved first).
For International Customers we offer the following ...
Air Mail Packets - This can take 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on where you are.
International Signed for - This can take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on where you are and will need to be signed for and comes with insurance.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentine's Day, Custom Made items such as Name Necklaces and engraved products can take longer to ship. During these periods we work very long hours to make sure all items are received on time, so please be patient as we never let our customers down.
FAQ
Q1) I have won an item, but can't find where to put the name/word I want, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above together with the item number and the name/word you would like.
Q2) I have a problem with the item I received, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above explaining the issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Q3) How long will it take for me to receive my item?
Our workroom is open 7 days a week, but we only post Monday to Friday. Your item will normally be despatched within 5 working days of your order or sooner, unless it is a non-personalised item like a chain, in which case it will be dispatched within 3 working days or sooner. If you purchase a name necklace or engraved item on a Monday for example your item would be posted out on or before the following Monday. Please remember that we do not have any control over Royal Mail and how long it takes them to deliver items. If you need something for a certain date, please see Question 5 below.
Q4) I haven't received my item, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above so we can look into it for you.
Q5) I need my item by a certain date, what should I do?
Please select the special delivery option and use the 'Send Us A Message' button above to let us know the date you need it by. Please bear in mind that our office and workshop are not at the same location, so you cannot order a name necklace to be sent out the same day, but most engraving can be done the same day if ordered before 12pm.
Q6) I have made a mistake with the name or word or engraving, what should I do?
Please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above explaining the issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q8) What are your postage charges & do you combine shipping?
Please refer to the item in question for the postage costs as they vary per item. We do combine shipping, so if you order more than one item, please request an invoice or one will be automatically sent to you within 48 hours of your purchase.
Q9) What is your refund/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our personalised items we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any personalised custom made items such as name necklaces or engraved items.
With all our other items like chains we offer a full refund not including the original posting cost, upon receipt of the item back. We suggest you send your items back recorded delivery to avoid delay.
If there is a problem with your item or it has been damaged during postage, please use the 'Send Us A Message' button above and we will solve the problem with you straight away.
If you are returning an item for a refund or to be fixed, please ensure that you include your full name and adderss together with your eBay ID to avoid any delays.
Q10) Where are your items made/manufactured?
All our items are made by us, to order, in our UK workroom.
Q11) My item is a present for someone can I get a giftbox?
Most of our items come with a giftbox as standard, but if they do not you will be able to purchase one with your item as an upgrade.
