Returns are accepted on items for exchange or refund. Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of receiving goods if you wish to return them, items must be returned within 7 days for refund/exchange to take place. Please note: buyer is responsible for all postage costs. I obtain a certificate of posting for all items sent, so in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing, this will be provided so you can make a claim.
