means any individual, company or firm that Chopshoptools Ltd (The Company)
supplies goods to.
means the sale of goods and the purchase of the goods or acceptance of the
company quotation by the customer.

Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of the sale of and purchase
of goods, as set out in this document.

The company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information

properly received. The customer must insure that the funds are available to complete the sale.
Any incorrect or fictitious PayPal or credit card details entered on the
site will result in a full investigation and possible prosecution.
Confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer once the order has been
placed. It is the customer’s duty to check that this information is correct. The company cannot be held responsible for incorrect information entered when the
order is placed.

In the event of a pricing error, the company will contact the customer
before the goods are dispatched. The new price payable will be given to the customer
along with the option to either cancel or continue the sale at the revised

All photographs on the site are for illustration purpose only and
reasonably represent the goods being sold. If you are in any doubt, please
contact the company before purchasing.
Once the customer has placed an order, it may be cancelled by e-mailing
via eBay messages. This option is only valid up until the goods are dispatched.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the company is out of stock of any of the products ordered the
company will give the customer the option to retain the goods on back order or
to accept an alternative or to be refunded for the price paid within 30 days.
· The company will deliver the goods ordered by the customer as soon as
reasonably practicable, any delivery date quoted by the company is for the guidance of the customer only and does not form any part of these conditions.
The company shall not be liable to the customer in respect of the damage or
consequential loss of any nature (whether for loss of profit or otherwise),
costs, expenses or other consequential detriment suffered by the customer in
respect of any delay or not fulfilled in delivery or broken or incorrect goods.
· The company does not accept any responsibility for any loss of earnings,
life, and damage to property or personal injury as a result of dealings with Chopshoptools Ltd.
Dispatch of the goods will usually take place within one working day of
the order subject to the item being in stock. To guarantee next day delivery the customer must contact the company to confirm availability of the item, as
during busy times items can sell out very quickly. This service may incur an extra charge.
· The company pays particular attention to a prompt dispatch of your
items. The company endeavor to ship items the same working day if purchased before 3pm if being sent via Royal Mail and 12.00pm if being sent via a
courier. If the order is placed after these time it will be reflected in the estimated delivery time. Items place after 3pm on a Friday, on weekends and
bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. The delivery times that
are stated on each item is an estimate time based on the type of delivery
· The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the
items and we reserve the right to change the delivery method provided. We send items via Royal Mail or by one of our reputable courier firms.
· If the item is being sent via a tracked method a tracking number will be
made available for the customer and it will require a signature on delivery. If the customer or representative are not available to take delivery and sign for
the item then a “while you were out” card will be left with information and
instruction for the customer to follow.
· Delivery is normally within 1 -2 working days after dispatch but Royal
Mail state that they can take up to 15 working days for delivery. If the customer has not received the goods after 15 working days, the customer must contact the
company via “ask the seller a question” to make them aware of the situation.
· The company only ship to PayPal registered and verified addresses. If
the customer requires the item to be shipped to a different address, the customer must inform the company via “message to seller” at the time of purchase and the
company shall do it’s best to meet the customer’s needs. The company will not
authorize a parcel to be left without a signature at that address. If the
customers leave instruction for the parcel to be left it is at their own liability.
· If the customer would like additional insurance cover the company can
obtain a quote from their courier before delivery is made. This will require an additional charge to be made.
· In every case of a shortage or if any of the goods are in an
unsatisfactory condition the customer or the recipient on behalf of the customer
will receive and unload the goods and check them for quantity, quality and
condition in the presence of the company's carrier. The customer shall endeavor
where possible to endorse the carriers delivery document accordingly, if
inspection of the goods is not possible at time of delivery then the carriers documentation shall be marked as unchecked. Whether this has been possible or
not an email to advise condition shall be made to the company within 7 days of
the date of delivery. The company is not obliged to fulfill any shortage,
replace, exchange or refund on an order after 7 days.
· The carriage charges shown are for UK mainland only. If the item
requires a courier there are special domestic regions such as Northern Ireland, offshore Islands and some Scottish postcodes that will incur a surcharge. Therefore
if the customer’s postcode falls into any of these regions, the customer must
contact the company for a quote through "ask seller a question" and
if there is any additional postage costs the customer will be informed. Please
be aware that these special domestic regions take longer than average to

warranty has to be used for any reason a copy of the invoice validates it. It

intent to return an item with 14 days, once the return is agreed the goods must be returned immediately after notification at the customer’s own expense.
· The company
reserves the right to refuse a return of goods if not in a resalable condition.
· Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded. A refund will only
be issued once the item is returned and tested and proven to be faulty.
· If an incorrect item was received in error the customer must contact the
company as soon as possible, the company will arrange the return of this item and send the correct item. The company will not accept incorrect items that are
not in an unused, resalable condition in original packaging
· The company strongly advises that the customer uses a trackable return
service whether the goods are unsuitable, faulty or otherwise.
· If the company prior agree to use a courier to collect the goods at a
specific address on a specific day and this collection fails due to the customer, return costs and responsibility of the item will then revert to the customer
regardless of original reason for the collection.
· When an item is returned to the company from Royal Mail or from a
courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to
redeliver or collect by the customer, the company will resend the item when the
full cost of redelivery is made.
· If goods require re delivery, there will be a surcharge of a minimum of £10.00, but some specific items may require an additional cost to re deliver, please ask the seller for the current cost of the re delivery of the specific item.
If for any reason the item is to be returned then a 20% handling charge / restocking charge will be deducted from the cost of the original item
· When returning an item the customer must enclose a note specifying the
reason for return and the customer’s eBay user ID to ensure that the refund is dealt with as soon as possible.
· Refunds will be issued using the same method as payment within 30 days
of receipt of the goods.· The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customers
