How to apply decals - 10 simple steps

   
  Ensure that your decal is in good condition and not ripped before you start.


   
  The surface that you will be applying the decal to needs to be clean and dry.


   
  Noticing the different layers, begin peeling back the decal from the back paper.


   
  Try to touch as little of the sticky side with your hands as possible.


   
  Position by eye where the decal is going to go.


   
  As you apply the decal, rub it down with a credit card to ensure a smooth transfer.


   
  Apply a firm rubbing with your credit card to avoid the decal from peeling at the edges or attaining bubbles.


   
  Slowly peel away the transfer paper.


   
  This is how your decal should look. Notice there are no bubbles or noticeable edges


   
  Wipe softly with a cloth to finalize the transfer.
