| If you are an EU consumer and purchase at a fixed price then you may cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods; you will then have to arrange for the return of the goods at your own risk and expense. To cancel your contract with us, please contact us in writing within this time limit. Cancellation rights do not apply to auction purchases.
If a return of goods purchased in auction is permitted by us then a restocking charge will normally apply. A deduction or charge may also be made for any goods returned damaged, opened, incomplete or in a poorer condition than received, whether purchased in auction or at a fixed price.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel a fixed price purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive your purchase. You may communicate this cancellation by email, letter or fax to reach us no later than the end of the 7th working day following delivery to you or your agent. If you wish to cancel your purchase you must return the goods to us promptly in the same condition they were received and at your own cost. |
