Full payment must be made immediately upon checkout to secure your order. Unfortunately we can no longer "reserve" items without prior agreement. Please contact us if you wish to arrange this. If your order is over the value of £50 GBP you may be contacted prior to us dispatching your item. Your eBay account must be in good standing and it is highly recommended that your PayPal account is verified before making a high value purchase. Security checks will be made to protect us from fraudulent transactions. We accept refunds if you received your item and found it to be faulty, incorrect or you have changed your mind. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to arrange your return. When returning your item you must include your eBay buyer ID and full name and the reason for your return. You can find our address on our contact page this will also be provided to you when you contact us. We reserve the right to deny any refund if the item is returned back to us in a different condition to when it was sold. Items returned back must not be damaged or used. We will aim to process all refunds as soon as the goods have been received. We will make a full refund via the method of which you paid.
