A: All items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday) if your order was placed after 1pm on a Friday or at the weekend your item will be dispatched on Monday providing it is not a Bank Holiday in which case your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Q: When will I receive my item?
A: If you opted for free UK delivery you will receive your item in approximately 2-3 working days. First class postage is usually delivered within 1-2 days and Special Delivery is guaranteed next day if ordered before 1pm GMT. If you are outside of the UK but within Europe your order will take approximately 5 working days to arrive. Customers outside the EU can generally expect a longer waiting time. Q: I've received my item but it is incorrect/faulty
A: If in the rare occurrence you have received an incorrect or faulty item please notify us via the eBay messaging system or e-mail and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you without delay. Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We will accept returns if the item we sent you is faulty, incorrect or if you have ordered by mistake or changed your mind. All returns must be sent back to us in the original condition that they were received. You must include your eBay buyer ID within the return package and once we receive the return you will be issued with a refund or replacement dependent upon your preference and/or stock availability. A: If you have not received your item within approximately 10 working days please contact us and we will look into this for you. Sometimes items can go missing within the postal system if this is the case we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
