Please make sure the delivery address on your order is correct - we only send to the confirmed delivery address on the order & unfortunately cannot redirect to other addresses once you have paid even if you send us a message.
We despatch everything (except handmade items) NEXT WORKING DAY after payment has cleared. Our post is collected Monday-Friday only. We can only guarantee despatch - once we've posted it, your order is in the hands of Royal Mail. Delivery days can only be guaranteed if you pay for a guaranteed service - please contact us before payment if you wish to do this. All orders are processed on a first come first served basis - we process hundreds of orders every day within our service level of next working day despatch - please order in good time as we are rarely able to jump orders up the queue as this unfairly risks delaying orders placed earlier.
NOTE - we only sell what's listed in our shop and we only despatch what you order, please do not order something and then send a message asking us to send something else. Our system & stock control is fully automated and we can only send what is ordered.
We are finding that the phone / ipad etc apps do not allow full functionality - please note we DO NOT refund overpaid postage once the order is paid so if using an app to buy multiple items please DO NOT pay for your items immediately - we will automatically send you a combined postage invoice.
WE ARE STILL OFFERING NEXT DAY DESPATCH & FIRST CLAS POST ON ALL ITEMS AS STANDARD - Royal Mail has increased their parcel prices AGAIN!! but we know, from your feedback, how much receiving your order quickly is important to you so we're still sending everything first class and have kept increases in postage costs to a minimum
