Shipping, Handling, and Insurance

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We only ship within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). We ship using a 3 to 4 day service via the carrier Parcelforce. Orders will take 1 to 3 business days to process and should arrive within 1 week. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number.

We offer flat rate shipping at £2.95 including VAT. This may rise due to the value or size of a particular item. More specific details on rates can be found in the individual listings. Please note, for all our shipments a signature upon receipt of delivery is required. Parcelforce will make 1 attempt to deliver the package. If you are not home a delivery card informing you about the delivery attempt will be left. You will be instructed to collect the delivery from a local Post Office or Parcelforce depot. Parcelforce will hold your package for 14 days. If you do not collect the delivery in this time the package will be returned to the shipper.

Can I change the shipping address after purchase?

Unfortunately you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been placed. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

Will I get shipping charges on top of my purchase?

Yes. An amount of £2.95 (including VAT) will be added to the value of your order for shipping.

We only ship within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). We also only ship to verified PayPal shipping addresses. There are no exceptions to this policy.
