What is your return and refund policy?
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 working days after shipment date (as stated on the shipping confirmation email). You will be refunded the price of the product and VAT. Shipping costs will not be refunded. It is highly recommended that products are returned via an insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. After more than 7 working days from ship confirmation, refunds will not be granted.
Product not working: If the purchased product is not working when received, you can claim a refund within 7 working days after shipment (as stated on the shipping confirmation email). The product will then be picked up by a carrier at your home free of charge. Should you wait more than 7 working days after ship confirmation, you may only request warranty repair of the product in question, not a refund.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have not paid in the defined 24 hours after the close of the auction, your order will be canceled. This will result in you receiving a non-paying bidder flag on your account. If, however, you have placed your order and paid with PayPal, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the product and return it in accordance with the returns policy by contacting eBay customer service.
How do I request a refund?
Please log into eBay and go to your “purchase history”, there you will see options to contact the seller, where you can request a refund.
When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear in your PayPal account within 5-7 business days of us receiving a returned product.
