INTRODUCTION

Most sales on eBay end with a happy customer and seller. However, things can go wrong and to mininise this, we ask that you take just a few minutes to read our terms and conditions. They are here not just for our benefit, but to assist you too.

BIDDING/BUYING

Buying on ebay should be a happy and pleasurable experience. Read very carefully ALL the listing. Take special note of the P&P price, can it be posted to where you live? Is it for collection only? So please read ALL of it. Only bid/buy when you are absolutely sure. If you are not sure about anything, please contact us. We try to answer all emails within 24 hrs (excluding weekends) And, please be sensible with your bidding.......dont get carried away with bidding excitement.........you dont want buy something for £10 which you later find out you could have bought in your local £1 store! (not likely in my listings....but you get the point. Finally, PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO BID & YOU BUY, IT IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT.

CLAIMS

If an item is lost or damaged in transit we can start a claim with the PO or carrier for you

If you paid for insurance, we can start a claim for loss or damage immediately. Please note claims are settled within 30 to 60 days. IF YOUR CLAIM IS GENUINE YOU WILL BE PAID

If you did not pay for insurance, we may still be able to ask the PO or carrier for compensation. Please note the maximum payable is £30 and does not include P&P. Compensation is not always paid.

We always recommend you take out postal insurance

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaint about our products or service, please tell us.......we will endeaver to put it right!

CUSTOMS

We always complete a customs declaration for all items posted to Non UK or EU zones. We will put in the correct value on the declaration. WE CANNOT ENTER A FALSE FIGURE

EMAILS

We try to answer all emails within 24 hrs (excluding weekends) If you do not receive a reply, it may be because we never received your email. Or, we reply and you do not receive. PLEASE REMEMBER, BECAUSE AN EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT AT ONE END, DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE OTHER END! Please be patient with emails.

EXCHANGE RATE

£1 = 1,67Euros £1 = $US 1.98

FEEDBACK

BUYERS Feedback will be left after a transaction has been fully completed ie Ordered, Paid for, sent/received and feedback has been left, confirming a Happy (we hope!) Customer.

SELLERS feedback will be left as soon as we receive item(s) and we are happy

We try to use feedback carefully. We trust you to do the same. If we make a small mistake ie we have just run out something (we are human) we act quickly, we refund you or supply you a few days later...........Do we deserve negative feedback? Of course not! Conversely, if you forget to pay us within our terms and you are a day or two late in paying..........Do you deserve negative feedback? Of course not!

FRAUD

Unfortunately for all you genuine ebayers (99.9999%) Fraudsters, scam merchants, con artists, and toe rags call them what you like, are everyday trying to get something for nothing. So, we protect ourselves. If we get notice from Paypal or any other bank advising us that the funds used to purchase an item or items are from a fraudulent source, we will not send the goods. We also reserve the right not to send or delay the sending of goods, if we suspect for any reason that the ebay user is non genuine and/or fraud is suspected.

INSURANCE

All items over £30 including postage for UK, Europe & World-wide must have insurance if you have paid by Paypal. If you have paid by UK cheque, UK PO or UK draft, we recommend that you take out insurance. We are always pleased to quote you before you bid or buy

NON DELIVERY

On the rear occasion where an item has been returned because it has not been possible to deliver, we reserve the right to recharge for postage should customer still want item(s)

PACKING

Packing is something we take great pride in. We will always try to pack an item in the best possible way. Most of our packing materials are new, but we do use recycled boxes, as is some of the internal filling. If necessary "fragile" stickers are used and we always put a return address on each package.

PRODUCTS

All the products we sell are the genuine item. They are not copies or fakes

PAYPAL

We like you to pay by Paypal. Its prompt payment for us and quick delivery for you. We do not make any extra charge if you pay by Paypal. If you pay for an item by Paypal before noon GMT, we should post to you the same day (excluding Saturday & Sunday) There are some rare exceptions, please read FRAUD section.

POSTAGE (shipping)

Postage is something which we aim to do as quickly as possible. You have bought the goods, paid for them and its only natural that you want them asap. We post items every day excluding Saturday and Sunday. If you pay for goods before noon GMT, we should post the same day. There are some rare exceptions, please read FRAUD section. We will only post to the address given on a Paypal receipt. If you are paying by any other means other than Paypal, we can deliver to any address.

UK deliveries are sent for items costing up to £30 including postage. Items over £30 including postage must be insured (see INSURANCE section)

EUROPEAN & WORLD-WIDE (inc USA) deliveries are sent Airmail for items costing up to £30 including postage. Items over £30 must be insured (see INSURANCE section) A customs declaration will be attached to all mail excluding UK and EU zone (see section CUSTOMS)

Postage Discount/combined

We are pleased to offer combined P&P on any items bought over a 5 day period (longer by agreement) To qualify for a combined discount, please adhere to the following rules;

Allow us to invoice you DO NOT COMPLETE THE INVOICE YOURSELF

Pay for items in one go

If you do not adhere to the above, you cannot qualify for discount P&P

PAYMENT

We ask for payment to be made within 5 days from purchase/auction end. You can pay by;

UK cheque in GBP, UK PO in GBP, UK Bankers/BS draft in GBP

PAYPAL

For EU buyer, you can pay by bank transfer. BIC: LOYDGB21519, IBAN: GB27 LOYD 3096 1610 5945 68. Plz e-mail us so that we can send your item ASAP

WE CAN ACCEPT CHEQUES IN ANY CURRENCY, BUT THERE IS A £10 HANDLING CHARGE

PROOF OF POSTING

We always obtain a "proof of posting" certificate for every item sent to UK or overseas

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If an item is out of stock we will refund you in full immediately. You will be refunded via the same method as you paid ie if you paid by Paypal, your refund will be by Paypal.

If an item is faulty or not up to standard we will refund you in full including P&P via the same method as you paid ie if you paid by cheque, your refund will be by cheque. You must let us know of the fault immediately and not more than 48hrs from receipt. You must return the item to us within 14 days.

If you do not like, or no longer want or need (excluding faults) we will refund you excluding P&P You will be refunded via the same method as you paid ie if you paid by Paypal, your refund will be by Paypal. You must return the item to us within 14 days. The cost of return P&P must be paid by customer. PLEASE NOTE There are some exceptions to the above rule; ie Special sale items. Please read the ebay listing, as it will clearly state if an item cannot be returned.
