Cancellation rights: In line with Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind
about a purchase made using 'Buy it Now' then you may return it 'as new'
in its original packaging for a refund provided you have notified us in
writing within 7 days of receipt of your intention to do so. We will
only refund the base cost of postage advertised for that product which
will exclude any upgraded delivery services paid for (e.g. if the basic
dispatch method shown for that item is 2nd Class Royal Mail but you
opted for Special Delivery, only the charge for 2nd Class Royal Mail
will be refunded). The cost of returning an order which the customer has
cancelled is the responsibility of the customer.
Money-back guarantee: All of our new items bought
using Buy it Now also have a 14 day Money-back guarantee. If you change
your mind about a purchase then you may return it 'as new' in its
original packaging for a refund provided you have notified us in writing
within 14 days of receipt of your intention to do so. We will only
refund the original item cost excluding all postage charges. The cost of
returning an item under this guarantee is the responsibility of the
customer.
Returns: We aim to process all returns within 48
hours of receipt Mon-Fri. Please note, any returns of unwanted
items must be returned in their original, as new, condition complete
with any packaging and instructions. Failure to do so could incur
a restock fee up to the full value of the item. We accept no
responsibility for returned items until they have been received back by
us. Any refunds will be made against the original payment method.
Please ensure that all returns include either the
original sales record number (found on our dispatch note) or your eBay ID
otherwise there may be a delay to processing your return.
All our new items also come with a 12 month guarantee against
defects. Should your purchase prove to be faulty within 12 months we may
provide a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items not received: Please note that should your
item not arrive and we agree to provide a replacement or refund, your
details will be passed to the respective courier or Royal Mail in support of
our claim for loss against the courier. By purchasing from us you are
agreeing to the release of this information which may include but is not
limited to your name, address and purchase details plus any communications
we have had with you. This information may be used by the Courier or
Royal Mail for investigation and statistical purposes at their descretion.
