Delivery & Returns

Bybygames Ltd. aims to arrange shipment of all items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We provide fair and affordable shipping rates across the whole of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and Far East.

All Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DHL and some items may require a signature, therefore if you are not available and a Card from the courier have been left, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Times are:

First class post 1-2 Working days
Airmail Europe 3-5 Working days
Rest of the world 3-14 Working days

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund.

• Under the United kingdom`s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However,we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of Videogames,DVD`s,HD`s & Blu-Ray`s where the item has been unsealed. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form Bybygames Ltd. shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify Bybygames Ltd within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. Please,note we will only refund delivery or return costs if the item is faulty or the return is a result of our error. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage and we will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty or the item was sent to you through our error. Before returning any item please email us at returns@bybygames.com to obtain a returns authorization number. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorization number. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
