If you do not like the product supplied or if you ordered the wrong item:
Return the item in the condition it was supplied to you.
Item must me unused. unopened & in original packaging.
Complete – all parts & accessories including any FREE gifts to be returned.
Include a copy of your original invoice. Orders returned without the correct information cannot be processed.

If there’s a problem with the item you have received eg: broken, missing parts or wrong item supplied:
First contact us via eBay or directly via email or phone.
Provide details of your order included the eBay order number, your name, address and item / sku number of the product.
You may be asked to send (email) a digital photo to clarify the problem.
You will be advised of the most appropriate course of action to rectify the problem.
If your purchase is faulty or you have received the wrong item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, an exchange will not be available to you.
If you purchased an item which comes in a kit, only the faulty part will be replaced.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no exchange will be provided, and no costs will be refunded.
Your Paypal account will be refunded once we have received your return.
In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us receiving it back and clearing inspection.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 5 days for a refund to appear in your PayPal account.
