Our carriers apply a surcharge to certain UK Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands, unfortunately we have to pass this charge on to our customers. This does not affect all products and services, those that we can send via Royal Mail are charged at a flat rate. Whilst we do not want to pass on surcharges to our customers we are unable to absorb the full cost of sending to these orders.

When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our delivery charges are plain and simple to understand. It may seem like a heavy read but it will answer all your delivery enquires.

We send our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail 1st Class or one of our couriers below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. The only exception to this are items that are delivered on a palletised service which will have to be booked in with a member of our Buyaparcel team.

Any parcel being delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.

You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been sent by a trackable service you will be able to track your order stage by stage using the couriers online tracking system. UK Deliveries - Couriers

We currently use three different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. These are:

All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via first class post. Delivery is normally within 1-2 days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

On the morning of your delivery, an email and a text message (if mobile number provided) will be sent to you with a one hour delivery window. If the date and time is not convenient, you can simply either text back or reply back via the website to choose the next convenient date, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.

If delivery is missed then this will be sent back to your closest depot. Please check the Business Post site for your closet depot.

Customers in delivery Zones 2 and 3 will be subject to a surcharge of £6.50. Details of these zones are below.

Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Scottish freight will be sent via a 24 hour courier service, however due to the distance travelled it may take 48 hours before delivery is made. Glasgow Edinburgh North Wales Truro Ireland Parcels sent to the areas listed which have been despatched in more than one box, may be split up in transit and could arrive with a day’s difference in the delivery. Please note - items over 1.4m are manually handled through sortation, this can cause the item to take up to 48hrs to be delivered.

If you goods are being delivered on a pallet, you will need to sign for this. A pallet delivery is sent on a standard 2 day delivery service once this has been booked in by a member of the team. Your order will NOT be shipped until we have got in touch with you to arrange a delivery date. An overnight service is available for an additional £10. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful then there will be a redelivery charge of £10.00

Our team work extremely hard to get your parcels to your door is the shortest possible time but please note that we recommend you do not book a plumber etc until you have received and checked your goods. Please note:If a parcel is returned to us due to it being refused, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed except in the case of an error, which we will do our best to change, but orders are often shipped quickly after being processed.

Please note that we despatch up to 2pm each working day. If you order is placed after this time, the estimated despatch date may be affected.

We are VAT registered and a VAT Invoice is sent with all goods.
