Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK only for the delivery price quoted at the checkout. Please call for prices to N.Ireland and Eire.
We will send by overnight courier and aim to dispatch within 24hrs of your order. The courier company will attempt delivery and card the address if no one is available to accept the goods. It is then the customers responsibility to call and arrange a suitable time for redelivery. If no contact is made within 7 days the goods are returned to us and the delivery costs are forfeit.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given other than in the case of unintentional misdescription. Delivery costs are not refundable. Refurbishing and painting costs are not refundable. Please note that if goods are received by courier damaged, do not sign for them. Send back with courier, as once accepted no refunds can be made on any damage caused in transit.
Second hand bumpers are sold on a strictly bought as seen basis please satisfy yourself as to model type etc. from the phtographs and description before placing you order.
Bumpers sold on the site are individual and will be sold on a strictly first come, first served basis in the event of two buyers purchasing the same item. A full refund will be given to unsuccessful purchasers in this event. The site is updated daily to remove sold items to minimise the chances of this occuring.
All our bumpers are checked and inspected before sale and every effort is made to describe them accurately. However, if after purchase you subsequently find a fault or feel it was incorrectly described you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with full details of the problem. We will ask you to return the bumper where upon safe receipt we will either offer to rectify the problem or refund your money minus postage costs. We cannot however provide a refund if you simply change your mind about the purchase or send it back without a reason or if the bumper has suffered damage or misuse since delivery.
Reconditioning
The bumper will be reconditioned to the best of our ability to include all scratches and scuffs. It will be finished in grey primer over repaired areas. Please note that repairs cannot include every minor stone chip.
Painting
The bumper will be reconditioned to the best of our ability to include all scratches and scuffs. It will be primered, painted and finished in clear laquer. Every effort will be made to ensure that a good paint match is acheived based on information provided. However there may be a small colour variation as it is impossible to cater for the every manufacturer variation and for the ageing of the car concerned. Refunds will not be given on painting costs in this event.
Public Liability / Indemnity
In all cases liability/indemnity and all claims for damage or loss however caused are limited to the cost of the goods.
