How long will delivery take?

We are currently dispatching all orders the same working day, provided we receive payment by 1pm UK time. Orders within the UK or normally sent by 2nd class post and typically arrive within 2-3 working days. International orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Small Packets and typically arrive within 3-5 working days, depending on the country.

Please see www.royalmail.com for further details

Please let us know before you pay if you would like us to use another service and we will try to accommodate your wishes.

No Free Postage?

Many sellers offer ‘free’ postage and packaging on their items, but the truth is that these costs will have just been included in the list price. This is fine if you only want to buy one item from such sellers, but you will end up paying over the odds if you purchase several items, as there can be no combined postage discount. We prefer to keep our list prices low and only charge fair P&P rates.

What are our Postage and Packaging costs?

As well as the actual cost of postage charged by the Royal Mail, there are other costs which we must consider as a business:

-          Our time to pack your item

-          Packaging materials

-          Special “Integrated” label paper to print your invoice and address label on

-          Toner for our printer

As a VAT registered business, we have to charge VAT on top of our postage costs (unless we are sending to non-EU countries, or the item is a book or another zero-rated item)

The good news is that because we have a volume trade account with the Royal Mail, our costs and the VAT for medium to heavy UK parcels are often covered by the discount we receive compared to the price we would pay at a Post Office. Our P&P charges may therefore be much less than you would pay to send the item yourself (something to bear in mind when returning goods!)
