Your product will be packed and dispatched using a next day delivery service within 24 hours of full payment being received.

Collections are possible on orders over £200, please contact us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or phone (0161 702 6423).

We ship to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands. There are surcharges applicable on orders being sent to North of Scotland, and all offshore destinations.

If you are unsure if a surcharge is applicable or if you feel there is an error in the shipping costs, please contact us.

Smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail and larger items will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in to accept your purchase, a card will be left and a second attempt to deliver will be made. If the driver is still unsuccessful, your item will be returned to ourselves and you can either pay for redelivery or we will send you a refund excluding the initial delivery charges.

Please ensure you leave a valid phone number so the courier can contact you in case of delivery issues.

If you know in advance that you will not be home, please contact us in advance (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) and we can make alternative arrangements with the courier.
