You may return your product and you will be eligible for a full refund, provided you let us know by email to sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We will respond to your email with return instructions.

Any items sent to us without prior notification confirmed by ourselves, will not be eligible for a refund.

You are responsible for the full cost of return. If you refuse delivery or send an item back with our courier, we will deduct the return delivery charge (usually significantly higher than original delivery charge) from your refund.

If an item is faulty, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to the value of your original postage cost.

As all of our 99p start "auction items" are "ex display", we are unable to accept returns for these items unless it is significantly not as described or faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us by email (sales@brooklyntrading.co.uk) or via eBay within 48 hours of receipt.
