Prices and Payment
All prices stated are in £ sterling. VAT is included in all prices stated, however, delivery charges are not included in the prices stated. We accept payment by debit or credit card and these are processed by Paypal. Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you of this and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and a refund will be given.

Delivery
Postage and Packing is based on the weight of the items purchased, we are happy to combine postage on all multiple purchases, however you will need to wait for a combined invoice to be issued. If you do not wait for this invoice a refund for any excess postage paid will not be guarenteed We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days. Orders purchased via our website, www.brightideasteaching.co.uk are also now calculated by weight up to a maximum delivery charge of £4.25 and free delivery is offered on orders over £60. Please take a look at our website for larger orders.

All items offered are subject to availability.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return them for a full refund, excluding any postage paid. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense.
