Delivery Charges
Our delivery rates are calculated on the weight of the item purchased. We are happy to offer combined postage rates on larger orders. However, please wait for a combined invoice. If you do not wait for a combined invoice, any excess postage paid can not be refunded. All items are dispatched by Royal Mail or courier. Customers wishing to order from outside the UK should contact us by email to arrange delivery costs of the items, if this is not stated.

Free Delivery
We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £60 on our website, www.brightideasteaching.co.uk Please take a look in order to save money, we also have a much larger variety of products available on our website.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, but will make every effort to dispatch earlier if possible. Should there be any significant delay with your order for whatever reason, we will contact you. You will be notified by email of any unavailable items and a refund will be offered for these items.

Means of Delivery
Smaller packages will be sent via Royal Mail, while larger packages will be sent via courier service. The delivery address you give us MUST have somebody there to accept deliveries. If the courier service is unable to deliver through no fault of their own, and the delivery is returned to us, we will refund your order minus any postage costs. Items returned to us by Royal Mail will be held until we are contacted by the purchaser. Should your item be delayed, please contact your local delivery office in the first instance. If your item has still not arrived 15 working days after it should have done, please contact Royal Mail to place a claim. Please note once Royal Mail have collected from us, it is their responsibility to deliver this item, we are happy to answer any questions with regards to delayed items but we do not place claims with Royal Mail.
