| A:If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item to me within 7 days. A full refund will be given for the cost of the goods in the same method that I was paid. Please note that postage will not be rfunded. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes I combine shipping costs. My postage discount is that will only be charged £1 for every extra item that is delivered if purchased within 3 days and sent together. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I will endever to post the item within 1-2 working days. I always post my parcels 1st class Royal Mail. All items ordered Friday - Sunday will be posted on the next working day. |
