We offer an easy, hassle free returns and exchange option. Simply follow the instructions below:
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel your order.
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.
A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.
We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will cover the cost of postage as long as you have proof of receipt.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email and refund your postage.
