Our shop policy is to minimise p&p costs for all our customers!

UK Customers:
Postage discounts are automatically calculated for you in eBay Checkout, when you buy multiple items from us in one transaction. Your first CD is just £1.00 p&p. Each additional CD is only £0.65 p&p! ~ For any 5 or more CD's, p&p is just £2.95! ~

~ When you purchase your first item, you will have the opportunity to add more items to your Shopping Basket, before going to the Checkout ~ (Please see our Shop FAQ's Page, Question 1 for how to add multiple items to your Shopping Basket).

~ Once you have all the items you want, you can then proceed to the Checkout, where all your items and postage discounts are automatically combined into one easy transaction.

UK Delivery:
Our p&p options are shown in the "Postage Section" of all our eBay Listings. (Please see our Shop Homepage for all our Bradshaws Listed Items).

~ For CD’s, DVD’s, Books & Box Cases, we use First Class Royal Mail.

~ For complete 25 CD Box Sets, we use  First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery -   (tracked and signed for).

UK Postal Transit Times:

-  First Class Royal Mail:  between 1 and 3 working days.
-  First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery:  between 1 and 3 working days.

UK Postal Insurance:

Postal Insurance, for loss or damage of items, is included in your postage price. We retain all stamped Certificates of Postage as proof of postage.

Please e-mail us for a postage price at paraphernalia@buzzhawkins.biz  including your country and the item(s) you wish to purchase. We offer a choice of Postal Service ~ Airmail or International Signed For.  We will reply promptly Monday to Friday. (Please allow for International Time Zone differences).

Postage Discounts are available, when you buy multiple items in one transaction. ~ (Please see our Shop FAQ's Page, Question 6 for how to add multiple items to your Shopping Basket). We will always include all your postage discounts in the postage price we e-mail to you.

When you receive your postage price, you can then purchase your item(s). Once you have all the items you want, you can proceed to the Checkout. Please click "request total from seller." We will e-mail you an invoice combining all your items and postage discounts into one easy transaction.

International Shipping:
For CD’s, DVDs, Books and Designer Boxes, we offer a choice of:

     ~  Airmail or
   ~  International Signed For = (Airmail price + £3.50).
         International Signed For can vary slightly depending on your global location.
aaaaaA signature is required upon delivery of your parcel. We can send items via aaaaa“International Signed For” to just about anywhere in the world!

For complete 25 CD Box Sets, we use Parcelforce Worldwide. This is the most cost-effective international postal service for our Box Sets. We wish to keep our postage costs to a minimum for all our customers.

International Transit Times:  (Royal Mails' Target Delivery Times):

- Airmail:  Western Europe:  Within 3 working days, following the day of posting.
                   Eastern Europe: uWithin 4 working days, following the day of posting.
                   Rest of World:   u5 working days, following the day of posting.

- International Signed For:  Western Europe:  Within 3 working days.
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuEastern Europe:  Within 4 working days.
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuRest of World:  Within 5 working days.

Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery times. They dispatch your mail to the appropriate country on the first available flight, but delivery times in other countries may vary.

- Parcelforce Worldwide:   Europe:  3- 6 working days.

Same Day Dispatch!!:

All our listed items are in stock and can be swiftly dispatched when paid for via Paypal 'Instant Payments'.

- All CD orders paid for before 3pm via Paypal 'Instant Payments' will be dispatched the same day* (Mon-Fri) ~ *Orders including Designer Boxes and Box Sets will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

- All CD orders paid for after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.  Payments received after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We will always send you a 'Dispatch Notification E-mail' when we post out your order.

Our Packaging Materials:

We want your Bradshaws paraphernalia to arrive in the same condition that it left us. I.e. brand new, shrink wrapped and in excellent condition. We pride ourselves on using brand new, top quality packaging materials. We spend time making sure your items are thoroughly packed with plenty of protection.

~ We post our CD’s and DVD’s in well padded, strong envelopes.
~ We pack our Mouse mats and Easy Peasy Song DVD's with stiff card either side to protect against damage during transit.
~ For our Bradshaws 25 CD Box Sets we use thick layers of bubble wrap plus strong corrugated cardboard.
~ Alf Bradshaw collectible mugs are packed securely in strong, customised boxes.
