1. How does eBay Checkout Work?
eBay Checkout will automatically calculate the total amount to pay including all postage discounts for multiple item orders. (We provide postage discounts when you buy multiple items in one order):
Your first CD is just £1.00 p&p. Each additional CD is only £0.65 p&p! For any 5 or more CD's, p&p is just £2.95! Your payment and postal address will be automatically sent to us as part of the completed Checkout process.
~ How do I add multiple items to my Shopping Basket? To purchase your first item, click the "Buy It Now" button and then the "Commit to Buy" button. Then click the "Visit Sellers Shop" link. This takes you back to our Shop where you can purchase more items..You can repeat this process until you have purchased all the items you want. Then click the "Pay Now" button which takes you to the eBay Checkout. The Checkout automatically combines all your items and postage discounts into in one easy transaction.

2. How long will it take to post out my order?
All our Paraphernalia is in stock and can be swiftly dispatched when paid for via Paypal 'Instant Payments'.
- All CD orders paid for before 3pm, via Paypal 'Instant Payments', will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri*)!! *Orders including Designer Boxes and Box Sets will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.
- All CD orders paid for after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Payments received after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We will always send you a 'Dispatch Notification E-mail' when we post out your order.

6. How does “Ebay Checkout” Work for International Customers? Please e-mail us for a Postage Price at paraphernalia@buzzhawkins.biz Please include your country and the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will reply promptly Monday to Friday ~ Please allow for International Time Zone differences.
We provide postage discounts when you buy multiple items together, in one transaction. (The more items you buy, the more you save in postage costs). We will always calculate and include your postage discounts in your postage price. When you receive your postage price, you can then purchase your item(s);

9. Which Currencies are used By Paypal and Ebay? • Pay for purchases in your selected currency. • Payment is automatically converted to your desired currency. • No need to hold a balance in another currency to send a payment.

10. Will Ebay Show Items for Sale in my Local Currency? Yes, International eBay websites automatically converts Ebay.co.uk listings into your local currency.
When using other eBay sites around the world, you will see your item in both your local currency and in GBP (£).
US buyers on eBay will see all items converted to USD automatically.
You can convert all Search and Listings prices to your local Ebay site currency by clicking the "Show all prices in local currency" link in the "Show" box on the Search and Listings page.

11. Which International Postal Services do you Use? Individual CD’s/DVD's and empty Designer Boxes are sent via Airmail or International Signed For. The International Signed For price: is the Airmail cost + £3.50. (The £3.50 fee can vary slightly depending on your global location).
25 CD Box Sets are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide. We will always inform you of the postal transit time in your Dispatch Notification e-mail.
