Q: How can I contact BooksNextDay?
A: Any questions should be sent via the eBay messaging system. Alternatively, click the “Ask a question” link at the bottom of our listings. One of our Customer Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: How long does dispatch and delivery take?
A: We despatch orders received before 2:00pm the same day Monday to Thursday. Any orders received after this time shall be despatched the next business day. If you order after 2:00pm on a Friday, your order shall be despatched on the Monday (please note business days do not include National Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays).
Q: Can I request a faster delivery method?
A: We are sorry but we are unable to offer a differing method of delivery.
Q: Can you supply more details about an item?
A: Due to the volume of stock we carry, we are unable to check individual items to offer further information than is stated on the listing. Please note we are happy to accept the return of unwanted items.
Q: What communication can I expect to receive from BooksNextDay?
A: We like to keep you as up to date as possible on your order’s progress. We shall send you an email when we receive your order and also to notify you when your item is despatched from our warehouse. This last email will include an estimated arrival date for your information. If at any stage you have a query about your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: Will I get the book cover shown on the listing?
A: We source our images from stock information, but these can be updated. We are unable to guarantee any item will be supplied with a particular cover. We are however happy to accept the return of orders within 14 days of receipt if unwanted.
Q: Can I collect am item in person from your warehouse?
A: Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to serve customers on site.
Q: Do you accept offers?
A: We are unable to accept offers on our items.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We only accept immediate payment by PayPal. We cannot accept cash, cheques, money orders, bank transfers or other methods.
Q: How do I return an item I longer require?
A: We are happy to accept the return of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. For further information on returns, please see our link on any of our listings or within our eBay shop.
