WARRANTY, RETURNS AND DAMAGES
Returns Procedure:
Our 7 day return policy applies only to faulty products, and products that are unopened and unused and are in their original packaging, with all seals intact and in an, as new re-saleable condition. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the product is returned to us in a re-saleable condition and we recommend that you package the product carefully before return.
Please email us at customerservices@bodybeautiful2.com or call us on 01924 335577 to advise us that you need to return your item. Your email should contain your eBay id and reason for returning the goods. Please also advise whether you'd like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. We will then email you a returns number, any returns without the relevant returns number may result in delays in the return being processed.
For any returns of GHD Hair Straightners, the security seals on the boxes MUST be intact, in the event of the seal having been broken the product is not re-saleable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer either refunds or replacement of the goods in the unlikely event that the goods do not arrive back with ourselves. The liability in this instance lies with your carrier (Royal Mail etc) and any claims for compensation should be raised with them directly. We recommend that a proof of posting (free) or Recorded Delivery/Special delivery is used for any returns.
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item being sent by ourselves, we will pay the return cost of the item and send out the replacement Free of charge.
Please note that dependant on the reason for the return, we reserve the right to charge for the original carriage and any further costs incurred in sending out a replacement product.
GHD WARRANTY
The GHD styler is covered by a full 2 Year GHD Warranty. This warranty is offered by Jemella Ltd and not the seller. In the unlikely event of the product developing a fault, the seller will provide a pre-paid special delivery envelope for returning the styler directly to GHD for repair/replacement (UK only). GHD will then repair/replace the styler and pay the return postage to yourselves. GHD aim to handle your return with 14 working days of receipt. The GHD warranty is valid in EU member countries only. For returns outside the UK, the buyer will need to cover the cost of returning the item directly to GHD.
Upon receipt of your new styler, we recommend that you register your ghd styler using the 15 digit hologram code. This will both verify the authenticity of your styler and validate your warranty. Please also keep your eBay receipt as proof of purchase, in the unlikely event of a warranty repair during the 2 year warranty period.
DAMAGES:
You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery of any shortage, damage or defect in the product, and obtain a returns number in advance for the item. No returns will be accepted without a relevant returns number.
No claims for damages can be accepted if not advised to us within 24 hours for items delivered by FedEx, unless signed for as damaged on FedEx delivery note. Alternatively, please call FedEx customer services on 01782 576199 quoting your consignment number from your parcel. This obviously does not affect your rights to warranty claims in the unlikely event that your item is received faulty.
We will arrange for our courier, FedEx, to collect FREE OF CHARGE any items that are reported as damaged in transit. Please keep the original packaging. Once received back by ourselves, a replacement will be sent out the same or next working day.
