All items being sold are instock and available for immediate dispatch. We aim to ship all orders the same or next working day. Reasonable allowances should be made for orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.

GHD HAIR STRAIGHTENERS
We ship all ghd hair Straightners via FedEx, FedEx International or Royal Mail Special Delivery. All these services are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. A tracking number will be emailed once the goods have been dispatched.

UK Orders
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, on service selected
2nd Class - Normally 4-7 working days
1st Class - Normally 1-3 working days
1st Class Recorded - Normally 1-3 working days. Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery are assigned a tracking number which will be emailed once the goods have been dispatched. Next Day - Guaranteed Next Working Day. For orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, delivery is guaranteed next working day using either FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once the goods have been dispatched. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a surcharge of £4.00 via Royal Mail Special delivery.
If you're not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office. In the unlikely event you donít receive your order, please contact us. For 1st Class deliveries please wait at least 14 days.
International Orders
All international orders are sent Priority Airmail service.
EUROPE: Normally 3-7 working days.
USA: Normally 3-5 working days.
REST OF WORLD: Normally 5-7 working days.
Please note, delivery times to Finland and Norway sometimes take longer due to customs checks on Liquid products.

POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
We currently offer a postage discount on our lisings when buying a number of the same item, this is automatically applied at checkout. A further postage discount is offered when buying different items. A 50p deduction in the postage costs of each additional item is deducted at checkout.

For not EU purchases, the seller cannot be held responsible for any customs charges or local taxes which may be payable locally on the goods. The buyer will need to check, prior to ordering, with the relevant authorities in their county regarding any import duties or taxation.
