Please note that we despatch orders within one working day of cleared payment being received, but that does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. However, it should be noted that both our office and warehouse are closed on Wednesdays, so that is not classed as a 'working day', and orders are not sent out on Wednesdays. Anything purchased from late Tuesday afternoon and through Wednesday will not be despatched until Thursday - we hope this does not cause any inconvenience, but should be considered when ordering products. If there are any problems with either the service or product we provide, we ask customers to contact us first before leaving negative feedback - we are always happy and willing to resolve any issue - we want our customers to be happy and buy from us again!
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY DESPATCH BY POSTAL OR COURIER SERVICES THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY, AND THE COST OF THIS SERVICE IS REFLECTED IN OUR POSTAGE & PACKAGING CHARGES. WE WILL NOT DESPATCH BY ANY OTHER METHOD! ANY CLAIMS FOR ITEMS 'LOST IN THE POST' WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE NORMAL ROYAL MAIL OR PARCELFORCE PROCEDURES.
We normally only list postal or carriage charges for UK Mainland addresses. Please note that carriage surcharges apply in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, (surcharges may also apply in certain other regions). If you live in any of these areas, or are in anyway unsure whether a surcharge may apply, then please contact us before committing to purchase and we can give you an accurate carriage charge for the item(s) you wish to purchase. Likewise, whilst we do ship our products worldwide, we do not normally list carriage charges for international buyers. Therefore, overseas buyers MUST contact us before bidding in order that we can provide them with an accurate carriage charge.
