All BMW products come with a two year warranty. Remedial work under the warranty may be carried out by any authorised BMW dealer in the European Economic Area, who may repair or replace any defective goods or (if he considers repair or replacement uneconomic) refund an appropriate part of the purchase price.
Damages to the goods due to incorrect fitting by yourself or a dealer or workshop not
authorised by BMW are not covered under the warranty.
You may make a warranty claim by contacting any authorised BMW Dealership within the UK but only if you retain your original receipt of purchase from BMW Direct.
