Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via BMW Direct.
Please note: In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels.
If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through eBay and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned product.
We will process your refund through PayPal within 48 hours of receiving the goods providing they are unused and in a saleable condition.
Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.
